In order to adequately respond to the challenges of such a complex Institution, the Management has brought about organization restructuring. The academic and administrative operations of the School will now be managed by two independent Heads, Head–Academic and Head–Administration. This significant development will allow the Head-Academics to be fully devoted to enhancing the efficiency and quality of all academic programs including the moral education and vocational training. This will ensure that the vision of the institute to empower every child academically, intellectually and spiritually is realized. Though acquainting every child with values is important, the process of education should ensure that every child has the opportunity to go through a process of transformation to be able to serve as a potent instrument for the transformation of the world around him/her.
